Elizabeth "Liz" WrightThis is a featured page

Liz was one of the true treasures of Whitewater.

Her beautiful East Gate garden on Milwaukee Street was a place of beauty all summer long.

If anyone had any question(s) about the history of Whitewater i.e. buildings and or person, Liz was the one to go to for the answer. She was interested in every aspect of the city from politics to the social scene. She loved to do handiwork such as making toys, lovely doilies and the most beautiful hand stiched quilts you could imagine.

The Garden Room at Randy's has been named in her honor. A most fitting tribute to a remarkable woman.
