Planning the Home-Coming of 2007
The 2007 Home-Coming Festival took place July 1 - 4, 2007. The schedule of events followed these themes:
The first 2007 Home-Coming planning meeting was held on Tuesday, February 13, 2007, at 6:30 PM at the Whitewater Municipal building. A general overview of the 1907 festival was given and ideas for the 2007 festivities were offered. About 25 community members were in attendence and meeting notes are available.

Dave Kachel and Kristine Zaballos, Co-Chairs of the 2007 Home-Coming event, were pleased with the attendance of about 25 interested and active people and with the continued planning process at the 2nd Planning meeting, held Tuesday, February 27. The main goal of the meeting was a committee structure that would allow the many ideas brought forth a place to be picked up and run with. Minutes of this meeting will be posted soon.
The 2007 Home-Coming General Committee
In 1906, Mayor Tratt was tasked with appointing the General Committee for 1907 festival. To carry on the tradition, Whitewater City Manager Kevin Brunner was asked to select the members of the 2007 Home-Coming General Committee, whose members were announced at the Tuesday, February 20, 2007 Common Council meeting.

- Mon., July 2: Family Day
- Tues., July 3: History Day
- Wed., July 4: Grand Finale
