In a map from the 1937 Minneiska, Esterly House appears to be the home of the Alpha Sigma Sorority, with the Phi Chi Epsilon Fraternity in the house to its immediate West. Chi Delta Rho was on the south side of Main Street, directly at the "T" of the road with North Esterly Avenue.
